Firstly, Dennis and I are not siblings, lots of Chans in the world =). Dennis helped my husband and I purchase our first condo and when our family grew, he helped us purchase our first house. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and found us great property matches. Dennis and his staff are very professional, smart and hard working!
